Hayden Companies was formed to better encompass the business divisions that have developed: Wrecking, Concrete Cutting, and Environmental. Work continues nationwide in various sectors and markets.
Ownership transitioned to Brian and Nick Hayden following Ronald K. Hayden’s retirement. The pair continued to foster their father’s reputation in the industry.
Brian and Nick Hayden joined their father in the family business; Nick handled field operations and Brian was responsible for the accounting and financial aspects.
Hayden Wrecking Corporation continued to strengthen its reputation in the heavy industrial market, working year-round at industrial facilities such as Monsanto Chemical in Sauget, IL.
Upon the passing of William R. Hayden, Ronald took the helm and transitioned the company into the industrial sector. In the mid-1970s, the business was incorporated as Hayden Wrecking Corporation.
Ronald K. Hayden joined the family business as it continued to expand throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Integrity and hard work lead to success.
