Helmkamp Construction Company was contracted by Tinuum Services, LLC to remove existing limestone equipment, install new equipment and perform structure modifications, etc. Helmkamp Construction subcontracted the removal of the existing limestone equipment to Hayden Wrecking. Hayden Wrecking lead exposure trained demolition craftsmen utilized a manlift, cutting torches and a hydraulic crane to dismantle the elevated limestone conveyors and support structure. Our craftsmen then utilized burning bars to cut up a stainless steel coal hopper. The salvageable material generated from the conveyors, structure and hopper were taken to a recycling firm.
